Had to have a vehicle towed from LSUS to a shop up in Bossier City. Scheduling the tow was very easy and the driver arrived on time. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with FWS. One of our tires blew out on I-20. We spent 3 hours on the side of the interstate on a hot July afternoon. We reached out to the closest tow company which was about 15 miles away. After an hour, that "other" company arrived and we discovered that we needed to be towed to a dealership. Of course, they didn't have a tow truck available and neither did 3 other tow companies! It was Friday afternoon and 101 degrees outside! We called FWS and talked to Christy who understood and immediately dispatched a truck to our location. We received updates from the driver as we waited. About 30 minutes later, the truck arrived and Dustin was very nice and so professional. He made sure we were safe and comfortable. While we sat in his A/C cooled truck, he got our truck on the trailer. It only took a few minutes before we were en route to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealer, Dustin carefully off-loaded our truck in the service area and waited to be sure we got assistance before he headed off. We were very impressed with the customer service and care that Christy and Dustin provided and we will recommend FWS in the future. Thank you Christy and Dustin!

Waited 3 hours but thankfully we were close to a store and could eat lunch and stay cool while waiting. The driver was very good. Except someone gave him the wrong address to take the vehicle too but he called me to make sure.

After my car got a flat tire, I waited over three hours for another towing company, only to have them cancel my tow request. Thankfully, it was reassigned to Four Wheels Solutions, and they completely turned the experience around. Matt arrived promptly, quickly loaded my vehicle, and had it safely delivered to the dealership within about an hour and a half. After everything that had happened earlier, I was genuinely surprised by how fast and efficient the service was. Matt was incredibly kind, professional, and made a very frustrating situation so much easier. I am truly grateful for his outstanding service and would highly recommend Four Wheels Solutions—and especially Matt—to anyone in need of a tow!
